Our Matcha is made from Saemidori and Okumidori leaves from Japan which gives it that bright green color and rich taste. With mechanical grinding, the particles become uniform and a stable taste (quality) is achieved resulting in the finest matcha.

Directions: Scoop 1-2 tsp of matcha powder into a bowl and add 2-3 FL oz. of hot water and whisk in a zig-zag motion until frothy layer forms on the surface. Refrigerate after opening.
